Infrastructure/Production Manager – Management de Transition

SCOPE

​- Direct report to IT Director
​- quarterly international travel expected

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Global management and coordination for IT production and client PC/communication systems (RUN) and required IT infrastructure evolutions (BUILD)
– Implementation of ITIL/ITSM best practices
– Deliver IT infrastructure projects, main listed below:                    ​
– Global Active Directory deployment/IAM/SSO
– Global WAN implementation
– Global Server hosting
– Deployments of new customers intranet and ​new Saas applications on Azure
​​​​​​​​​​- China production stabilization
– Affiliates company integration

​- Line management of the FR infra team (4 staff) + Functionnal management of the US intra team (3 staff), China (1 staff) and India (1 staff)
– Suppliers and contracts management

SKILLS REQUIRED

– Significant experience in infrastructure management or infrastructure project lead rôle
– Good communication and leadership, professional English written & oral
– Excellent operationnal skills in Azure, Office 365, Windows Server, SQL Server, VMware&Hyper-V, network (firewall fortinet/watchguard and dell/cisco switches and routers) and security
– Good knowledge of relevant best practices standards ITIL/ITSM/ISO27001 and technologies
